The BTP Data Center is powered! The core data center for our network is connected to three primary power grids. Two connections are provided by APS and the third power grid connection is provided by SRP. If one of the three grids should fail, auto transfer switching equipment has been installed to provide automatic redistribution of power to the facility. In the event of a complete failure of all three-grid connections, the BTP Data Center and our customers connection equipment is protected by on-line battery backup that provides over 8 hours of continuous power. |
